This promising venture is still in the primary phase and the author has it in mind to set up a joint research project with some distinguished Arab writers in the field of administration. The project would cover most prominent subjects in human resource (HR) systems and applications.

The project aims to establish a coherent HR strategy for Arab management by focussing on the modern systems that play a vital role in managing people competently. These systems function at both organizational and individual level including succession planning, the value of talent, organizational culture, career paths, coaching and mentoring,  leadership development programmes, HR analytics and so on.  

The significant advantages of this academic and organizational project are as follows:
