The modern approach is to improve people capabilities within an organization, including
enhancing their ambitions and talents, rather than just their knowledge, skills and
attitudes. Real leadership is therefore about treating human beings as a capital that
needs to be motivated, inspired and empowered. Moreover, a smart organization
endeavours to provide a harmonious atmosphere by encouraging people to have a

Consultation

Consulting in the public sector nowadays must confront many obstacles. Organizational development (OD) is a vital component in this field. An OD consultant plays a key role in helping employees to solve their problems, and also in encouraging them to learn and practice OD skills and techniques, such as strategic thinking, customer service, performance measurement and leadership development. The author is eligible to perform such a role in the public sector domain, based on his knowledge, experience, and professional skills.

Training

Training is considered a cornerstone of both an individual’s and an organization’s ability to achieve their objectives and goals It enables employees to develop their skills, helps to improve their level of productivity and increases their opportunities for promotion The organization can also develop a better quality of work, reduce costs and improve the organizational climate. Having a comprehensive and advanced training plan will add real value within the workplace; thus, a proper training scheme is part of the author’s agenda in this crucial aspect.

A structured and supported process undertaken by an individual to reflect upon their own learning and to plan for their personal, educational and career development.

This supported scheme is presented by the author to assist employees who are looking to use this method in order to develop their capabilities and strengthen their experience in the workplace.

Acquiring great learning is constant process

The consultation and training section is a learning- oriented field on the author’s site. In this area, the author presents his knowledge, experience, and transferable skills to organizations, management, and employees within both the government and private sectors, in order to develop performance and behaviour as well as skills.

Consultation and Training

The service is categorized into two main sections – consultation and training. The former is a diagnostic process to point out the weaknesses and areas for improvement in both organizational and individual development based on the author’s expertise. The latter is developing processes to enhance organizational productivity and individual performance based on the author’s knowledge and research, particularly in the fields of change management, motivational management, and Innovation management.
