The consultation service is divided into two paths, as follows:

First: Organizational level

This path is formulated to assist management within the organization to perform adequately, either to identify the weaknesses, or to hold internal audits in order to reveal the areas of the organization requiring improvement upon the request of the management.

Second: Individual level

This path is formulated to help employees to develop their knowledge and skills (based on their duties, tasks, and responsibilities). Employees who need this service are encouraged to bring all documents connected to their issues. 

Note:

  1. The application form contains some general issues for both organizational and individual level as an example.

  2. The investigation at the organizational level will be held in the workplace, whereas, the examination at the individual level should be held in private.

NB: The consultancy service will commence on January 2019.
